General Policies

 

GENERAL ORDERING NOTES

When contacting us, please use the email address under which the order was placed. Using the email address under which the order was placed we can easily be able to look up you order information.

Your credit or debit card is charged at the time you place your order. This is necessary to reserve the items you have ordered from our rapidly changing inventory.

Once you submit you order, it is separated for shipping. Therefore, We may not be able to add products to existing orders. All orders are shipped on a first order in, first order out basis. Order received first are given priority.

Upon shipment of part or all of U.S.A. order, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number for that particular shipment.

PRINTED MANUALS AND PRODUCTS ORDERS

We cannot deliver packages over 16 ounces to APO/FPO addresses. If you place an order with product that cannot be shipped to your location we will inform you of the same and cancel the sale.

We may ship your order in partial shipments and from different locations to get the products to you soonest.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We rapidly refund payments when the error is ours. When placing orders you must check your orders accuracy before checking out. Sales clerks cannot send a second and different manual on an order because the manual ordered was wrong. There are no refunds or exchanges on delivered as ordered manuals.

Orders cancelled before being shipped will be charged a 10% cancellation fee or $1.00, whichever is greater. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order is shipped. A 40% restocking fee will be charged if the order is returned because of refusal to receive a fulfilled order or the order was placed giving a wrong address.
