Thank you very much for the super FAST download of the manuals!! I think I waited maybe 5 minutes to receive the email after paying by paypal!! It was SUPER easy to save and view the manual too!! I'm really delighted to have found this manual for the beautiful antique (1960's?) Lady Kenmore sewing machine my daughter found at the goodwill store for mother's day. It's in perfect shape, machine AND cabinet, and actually still works. Now that I have the manual for it, I'm ready to start sewing again. Thank you again for providing this GREAT service!!! Not to mention that you saved my bacon after turning the thread tension knob until everything came apart!  A classic "don't fix it if it ain't broke situation".

The good news ... I now know how to take the knob apart and put it back together, I cleaned and oiled the machine with the assistance of your manual, and I now own the manual for future assistance when I get hit with the dummy stick. Blessings, David. 21 May 2007

Thank you so much for the prompt handling of my order for the Singer MANUAL 128-23 , it came in handy, I didn't know that the machine didn't do reverse, and that you had to turn the material around to double stitch!!
